Groningen Niet Weggooien Tour
Around the annual liberation day on May 5th, a nationwide campaign called 'Don't Throw Away Tour' is organized. This is an initiative of museums and institutions that focus on World War II. The goal is to preserve objects and documents from the war years that are still in people's homes for future generations.
In Groningen, the Don't Throw Away Tour is organized by Museum aan de A, War and Resistance Center Groningen, Battlefield Tours, Victory Museum Grootegast, and War Museum Middelstum, with the cooperation of the Groningen Synagogue.
